This policy describes how the private application Artpower accesses, uses, stores and deletes Google user data. It applies to the Google Cloud project artpower-ads, project number 976190139770. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
The application is operated by ARTPOWER Gabriela Gancarz-Stasiak, ul. Dąbska 18M/93, 31-572 Kraków, Poland, NIP 864-168-05-01. Contact: admin@artpower.pl.
The account owner grants access with OAuth. The application requests these scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — the company's own Google Ads account: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and budgets.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly — read-only Google Search Console data for artpower.pl: queries, pages, impressions, clicks and average position.The authorization also identifies the Google account that granted access, including its email address. The application does not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar, YouTube or any other Google product.
The data is used to measure and adjust the company's own advertising and the organic search performance of artpower.pl. Changes in Google Ads, such as pausing a keyword or adding a negative keyword, are made only on the company's own account and only when the owner runs them.
The data is not sold. It is not transferred to another company. It is not used to advertise to other people. It is not used to train a machine-learning model for anyone else. It is not used to decide credit, employment or insurance.
Google user data is processed on the owner's computer. It is not published on artpower.pl and it is not written into the shop database. Notes and reports stay on that computer while the tool is in use. They are deleted when the owner removes the files.
The owner can withdraw access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. A request to delete local copies can be sent to admin@artpower.pl. Access is then revoked and the local copies are removed.
Artpower's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Właściciel konta nadaje dostęp przez OAuth. Aplikacja prosi o zakres https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (własne konto Google Ads: kampanie, grupy, słowa, hasła, wyświetlenia, kliknięcia, koszt, konwersje i budżety) oraz o zakres https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly (odczyt Search Console dla artpower.pl: zapytania, strony, wyświetlenia, kliknięcia i średnia pozycja). Autoryzacja podaje też konto Google, które jej udzieliło, w tym adres e-mail. Aplikacja nie prosi o Gmaila, Dysk, Kalendarz ani YouTube.
Dane służą do pomiaru i zmian własnej reklamy firmy oraz wyników organicznych artpower.pl. Zmiany w Google Ads, na przykład wstrzymanie słowa albo dodanie wykluczenia, dotyczą wyłącznie konta tej firmy i wykonuje je właściciel. Danych nie sprzedajemy, nie przekazujemy innej firmie, nie używamy ich do reklamy wobec innych osób i nie używamy ich do trenowania modelu dla kogokolwiek innego.
Dane z konta Google są przetwarzane na komputerze właściciela. Nie są publikowane na artpower.pl i nie trafiają do bazy sklepu. Notatki zostają na tym komputerze przez czas używania narzędzia i są kasowane, gdy właściciel usunie pliki. Dostęp można wycofać na https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Prośbę o usunięcie lokalnych kopii można wysłać na admin@artpower.pl.
Wykorzystanie informacji otrzymanych z interfejsów Google jest zgodne z Google API Services User Data Policy, w tym z wymaganiami Limited Use.
